History & Traditions :

Spearmint comes from China or USA. It is often used in cooking and its smell reminds us of menthol chewing gum.

It is a vigorous perennial plant from 30 cm to 60 cm tall composed of large stems on which oval and serrated leaves grow and green color. Its flowers are pink arranged in spikes around the stem.
