History & Traditions :
Coriander is probably native to the Near East or Southern Europe and spread very early in the world. The leaves are used in many cuisines from the Middle East, India (currys), Southeast Asia as well as Latin America.
It is a branched annual plant, generally measuring in bloom from 30 to 60 cm with green foliage and stem. It is now grown in Russia, Ukraine, China, India, Pakistan, Morocco, Egypt and South America.
