History & Traditions :
Sage is native of Europe (Spain, France), it is also found in the Balkans and Russia. It is used by many peoples, Romans, Greeks and Arabs for its healing properties. Louis XIV drank sage-based herbal teas.
The Sage is a bush growing in temperate zones, its leaves are long, thin and green ash. As for its flowers they are pink-purple and grow in ears around the cylindrical stem.
