History & Traditions :

Neroli originates from the Mediterranean basin (Morocco, Tunisia), from Egypt but also from France. In the 17th century, the essence of bitter orange is very fashionable thanks to the Duchess of Bracciano who used it as perfume. It’s also called also called orange flower, and comes in the composition of "cologne" and in many formulas of great classic perfumes.

Neroli is the flower of the Bitter orange tree, a 10-meter tree with long, oval, waxy leaves and deep green colors. Its flowers are white, large with long petals. They bloom in spring.
