History & Traditions :
Mint Citrata or lemon mint comes from China, India, the United States or Europe. It is used in several fields such as medicine, cooking and cosmetics.
It is a vigorous perennial plant of 60 cm high composed of large stems on which grow oval leaves and serrated and green. Its flowers are pink arranged in spikes around the stem.
