Wheat originating in Europe is one of the first species to be cultivated by man. It no longer depends on its environment to eat. Wheat was already at the center of food for Men in the Middle Ages. With different famines and changing politics, Wheat is one of the raw materials that has suffered greatly from price fluctuations.

It is currently producing 700 million tonne per year of this cereal. It is a long stem with its seeds of oval shape beige gathered in cobs.
